The huge pressure generated by cavitation emulsifies, disperses and detaches the dirt on the cleaned matter to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

 

Penetrating and cavitation shock waves produced when ultrasonic waves propagate through a medium. It makes it easy to clean parts with complex shapes, inner cavities and fine hollows, and the cleanliness is high. This machine uses chain transmission mechanism for transmission, simple structure, stable and reliable, less fault points. The parts that come into contact with the cleaning fluid are stainless steel (individual anti-rust treatment) and engineering plastics. The equipment tank is welded throughout stainless steel and reinforced with section steel. The main drive gear motor can adjust the speed, has a brake function, and can be accurately positioned. The rollers and tracks are in contact with steel and engineering plastics, with a low coefficient of friction and low noise. The temperature of the cleaning liquid in the equipment tank is self-regulated by the self-acting temperature control valve to control the steam flow in the steam pipeline. The hot water flowing from the warm hot water tank during the production of the bottle washing machine is replenished and sprayed by the pump to play an energy-saving and environmentally friendly role. The water replenishment valve is an automatic control valve to ensure the water level of the water tank. The floating and sedimenting dirt generated in the equipment tank is discharged regularly through the large-diameter sewage pipe opened and closed by the pneumatic butterfly valve.
